Members of our team will meet with you at a neutral location for both parties to determine if it’s a good fit.

A: Our residents’ graduation goal should be approximately 1 year.
A: Graduating from the SFTSM is a great achievement! It consists of a number of goals, including successful onboarding, selecting and accomplishing a number of co-determined goals, meeting financial milestones, and ultimately finding secure housing.
A: Our program emphasizes habits and healthy repeated behaviors, so we expect residents to be in their suites every night. Residents can be granted an “Out” by the case manager on a situational basis. Additionally, “outs” are offered for holidays.
A: Only residents, staff, and background-checked volunteers have keys to the building. Our premise also has a secure surveillance system. You can feel safe and secure while living at SFTSM!
A: Residents take care of their own meals, as independence is the goal. Occasionally, we offer community meals, which are hosted by the house or a local church. SFTSM also provides a small pantry and meat freezer for families.
A: This means there is no alcohol or drugs allowed on the premises. There is a smoking area outside.
A: Program fees are due monthly. This is a minimal amount, based on your income. Program fees help residents to take ownership, commit to budgeting for housing, and also helps with the operating costs of the organization.
A: With 11 suites, we have a busy and vibrant home! The kitchen, dining and living room spaces are communal, which allows families to make friends, create bonds, and enjoy the journey together.
A: No, SFTSM is a Christian-based organization, but being religious is not a requirement for any resident. Staff will pray and offer residents opportunities to learn about The Way. We welcome and serve all walks of life!
